Leave the processes to us
ENCORE work with you to identify the talented individuals or team you require. We then present those people, for you to evaluate internally. Once selected, the onboarding process begins. They will be situated in our incredible offices in the centre of Sofia and will be provided with equipment they need to start work immediately. Secure office space is provided where necessary. We put all our contemporary HR policies into action. In short, encore looks after every step of the process, all you need to do is give us a call and rest assured the talent you need will soon be onboard.
In addition to the Sofia services office, encore provide Local Territory Managers across 10 European countries, that will be your account manager throughout the process. They understand the local culture and will assist with the onboarding and continued support.
We have all nearshoring processes simplified. From the initial conversation and meetup to helping you grow your team, encore has you covered every step of the way.
Discussing your needs
Our regional territory managers will meet you, to discuss your ambitions. After which, a proposal, inclusive of costs will be provided, for your own financial comparisons. Your key account manager will be with you every step of the way.
Onboarding the right talent
We will use our access to the vast talent pool in Bulgaria, and you will be presented with your new potential team members, for any interviews or introductions. Once the structure of the team is complete, they will join the rest of the encore staff, but for all intents and purposes, will be working directly for you.
Expanding your business
Once the concept is proven and you are happy with the results, growing your business thereafter is as simple as onboarding additional talent. With the added bonus of your existing team member already being on board to welcome them.
